AFTERCARE: INTRO
The Centre is open from 13:00 to 17:30 during the term and from 07:00 to 17:30 during
the holidays.
Each child is required to be signed in on a daily attendance register, directly
after school, before any other activity or function. It is imperative that parents
notify the centre if the child is:
Absent from school
Going home straight after school
Going home with a friend
Sent home from school for whatever reason
The school and teachers do not automatically relay messages to the Aftercare Centre.
Parents may:
Telephone the Centre from 08:30 onwards, leaving a message with the secretary.
Send
a letter with the child, addressed to Aftercare, to be given to the secretary.
The Centre will not accept verbal messages from a child.
